I ordered multiple items but only received some items. What should I do?Updated 5 months ago
Sometimes your order will be shipped in two different packages. This happens when we send the items we have available in our warehouse and then have the manufacturer send the remaining item(s) to you directly. You should receive two separate tracking notifications for those separate packages.
If the order wasn’t shipped in separate packages and you still only received a partial order, contact our customer service department to resolve the issue. They will work to get you the remaining items!
