Confirm that you have provided us with the correct email address as all of our tracking notifications are sent via email. Once you have confirmed the correct email address has been provided, it’s possible your order has been delayed by the carrier or the manufacturer.
- Manufacturer Delays
- This happens whenever the item(s) are on backorder. You can contact our customer service team to confirm when the estimated time of arrival is for those items.
- Shipping Carrier Delays
- This happens whenever the mail carrier experiences delays. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the package once it's been handed off to one of the carriers, but the delay should be resolved within a few business days.
